Eating order

One of my friend told me that, you need to eat rice before chapati (roti) as it is lighter food.
So I just wonder what is the right eating order for better health.

Generally we follow an order like,
  • Salad
  • Chapati (Roti)
  • Rice
  • Fruits

  1. Well a Traditional English Food and dine goes this Way...

    1.)Soup
    2.)Starters(papad/veg/nonveg)
    3.)Little bit of Wine/Drinks(if you like else a sip of juice)
    4.) Main Course:
    a.) Veg/Non Veg served with Salad
    b.) Bread(roti)
    c.) Rice if you like( Since rice is lighter it can still go into your heavily stuffed stomach)
    5.)Coffee
    6.)Toffee cheesy
